2016 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

Purchased a car on Jan 23, 2021. The car was a solid deal, so I am comfortable with that and they were efficient in the sale. I had difficulty getting the title and was upset, but, as I learned, it is normal when buying a used car for it to take a long time to get the title. The seller did not let me know that on the day of purchase. I learned the car may be sold two or three times before it is re-titled, and all that movement takes time for the car and title to land together. Because the car was a solid deal, which is the most important thing -- getting a fair price for a car in good running order, and the owner took responsibility and got me the title as soon as he had it, using overnight mail, I am going with a four. Financially, I made good choice and his customer service learning curve does not take away from that.
