I’ve decided to write this review 3 weeks after purchasing my 2018 Ford F-150 Lariat which had 64k miles. I also have not read the reviews up until now. I see many good and many bad reviews. I was mostly surprised at the bad reviews towards Jonathan “Johnny.” From start to finish this man was super professional and extremely patient with my wife and I. Though my wife and I were dead set on this truck, he recommended we test drive that truck and then another just to be sure that this was indeed our truck of choice. We went in on a Monday at around 5:30ish due to traffic. While we were apologetic for our tardiness, he did not once give even the slightest hint of anger despite of them closing at 6 PM. Him and their wonderful finance manager, (I forgot her name but she was a fine young Hispanic woman) worked diligently to get us approved and we lasted there until about close to 7 PM. (ONE HOUR AFTER CLOSING). They were extremely patient and friendly with smiles and even made my wife and I laugh. Here’s the icing on the cake: my wife and I could not travel back to the dealership due to us having only one car while also living 30+ miles away. Jonathan took the time out of his ONLY commission salaried job to deliver our vehicle to us at 4:00 PM. GOLDEN. This is why we decided to rate them with 5 stars. Their service from start to finish was as close to perfect as it could’ve been. And most importantly we give God the glory for this entire process in Jesus name.

Jonny knows how to take care of your auto needs. He is fair and doesn’t candy coat any issues that come up with you and your credit or the car. Very professional. Will definitely buy here again if the need arises. They have a great team as well!
