Upscale cars with upscale service from friendly small-town neighbors. We used to have brand loyalty, until our dealer lost sight of service by significantly raising shop rates without providing added value and failed to recognize us as a loyal customer in the showroom. Next, we tried a different dealer different brand down the street just to learn shenanigans, and some illegal shenanigans. Before leaving town to buy cars somewhere else, we tried River City Auto. There we enjoyed the Danner experience. Matt was cordial making a connection immediately. Followed by Ethan working to understand our mechanical needs, then Erica’s fastidious detail work, and finally Terry (Erica’s dad) helped me overhaul my lawn mower. We bought an Audi not because it’s an Audi. We bought an upscale car because of upscale service from people who became friends. Customer service is uncommon these days, and I recommend you give the Danner family a try. Although I do have to admit, driving an Audi is more fun than our boring old brand we drove before meeting the Danners.
