2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

This experience was a long time in the making and Blaine Poland was with me from day one! Blaine and Russ Braunecker’s GMC did an amazing job, not only finding my shiny blue truck but having everything ready in I came in from Nebraska. This was my first ever auto purchase, and Blaine walked me through everything. I love the people there. Logan was patient with me, explained the financing and all the paperwork. If I could, I would give Braunecker’s 10 Stars and Blaine Poland 50 Stars. He is the best!

I was greeted in the lobby by name. They took me right away to get my car looked at. With no appointment. After they decided to keep it for a couple days, I was promptly offered a loaner to drive through the weekend. Excellent customer service skills and it was clear that my being pleased with my visit was top priority! Thank you!!

Purchased a new 2025 GMC Terrain. It was actually an enjoyable experience. Our salesperson was Kendra and she was SUPER!! Everyone there was so pleasant and helpful. Logan helped us find a good interest rate and purchase an extended warranty. When we decide it is time to buy again we will come back here. Hard to beat service with a smile. Much appreciated.
