What a wonderful time I had at IG Burton Subaru in Glen Burnie, MD. From the unbelievably accommodating staff, to the impressive selection of vehicles, to the absolutely unbeatable pricing, this dealer shines. I felt like the red carpet was rolled out before me. Jesse, Evan and Ryan in sales, Justin their sales manager, Peggy in finance and GM, Chris Jamison all worked as a team for the fastest, easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I've ever had. Had a great experience dealing with Evan. He was very knowledgeable and did not add pressure as we waited a week to make a decision. Ended up leasing a new outback. The discounts they show online are real and do not require special circumstances. Negotiation, then dealing with the finance employee Tom was a breeze. This dealership is highly personable and does not try to pressure potential customers. We will be coming in the future for service. Edit: If I could give 6 stars I would. Noticed a day later there was a scuff on one of the doors I did not notice while purchasing. Evan, with no questions asked was able to get me an appointment to fix it asap. Everything went smoothly and the car is looking perfect. Best dealer around.
