2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

The customer service was incredible. I came in after the service center was closed and a super kind gentleman in sales was able to assist me and get me back on the road even though it was practically closing time. The detail service I got I almost cried because of how happy I was with the results. My puppy had gotten car sick in the back of the vehicle and stained the cloth seats so badly. When I got my car back it was immaculate, like cleaner than when I got the car. Can’t say enough about how pleasant the experience was. Highly recommend and will be returning if I ever need another detailing!

Road Trip turned into a complete nightmare. My son and I traveled to Morgantown from Martinsburg to drop off our pup, when we returned to our vehicle, there was a message flashing on the dashboard stating the engine was overheating. Since we were 2hrs away from home I immediately panicked. We stopped at this place and they immediately jumped into action. I was told not to drive the vehicle back home since it was overheating and within 45Mins they diagnosed my truck and come to find out the water pumped needed to be replaced. We were informed this would be a 3-5 day job so the vehicle would have to remain at the shop. The owner ordered the parts and even gave me a discount on repair. I still don’t know what I did to deserve suck generosity but I couldn’t thank these guys at auto max enough. To put the icing on the cake, we were so worried about how we would get home and they were so nice to drive us 2hrs back home!
