I was pleasantly surprised by my recent experience at this dealership. A few months ago, I had a terrible visit, so I was hesitant to return. However, my friend needed a car, and this dealership had the one he was looking for, so we decided to give it another shot. From the moment I arrived, the difference was night and day. I was greeted warmly and reassured right away. It turns out they have an entirely new team, and the staff this time was fantastic. After checking out the car, I met the Head Manager, Mr. Charles, who went above and beyond to help us. He was incredibly patient and attentive, making the process smooth and stress-free. It seems the new management has completely turned things around. I’ll definitely be coming back here next year for my next car. Highly recommend this dealership—10/10. Great place to purchase a car, from the moment I entered to buy my husband a car. The salesman name Junior was very humble, polite, and very knowledgeable on all the cars and the 2024 Envision I want to purchase. Junior walked us through, addressed our concerns, and made sure we understood everything we needed to know about our car. The day we picked up our car, we had the pleasure of meeting other associates. You can tell this dealership is family oriented. But one of the managers name Marlon, had a very inviting face, Mr. Marlon made sure we understood different warranties. I will make and recommend other customers to purchase a car from North Bergen Buick- GMC, I highly recommend the dealership. The service was excellent, and we left there feeling that, all our needs we taken care of. This was beyond my expectations. Not only did they say it, they also showed it with wonderful customer service. I rate them 10 out 10, great dealership!
