2017 Mercedes-Benz C-Class C300 4MATIC

We had an amazing experience at Gettel Hyundai of Sarasota. The entire process was friendly and non-pressure and non-adversarial like many car dealership experiences can be. We genuinely felt like the dealership listened to our needs and they worked with us fairly. Not only did we purchase the one new Hyundai we intended to purchase but we ended up trading in a vehicle and purchasing a second new Hyundai. Overall a very nice and positive experience. We highly recommend John Williams who was our salesperson!

Wow, is all I can say! I give them 10 out of five stars. John Williams was so helpful and made the sales process so easy. Jorge found me the perfect car that I absolutely love and Steven completed all of my financing quickly. Everyone there is lovely and kind. I can’t recommend this dealership enough. If you are looking for a car start here, you won’t need to go anywhere else.

Overall, a great dealership sales experience at this location. Travis was awesome in finding us the car we wanted, and was straight to the point. No high pressure sales tactics which I really appreciated. Easy to communicate with. Everybody we worked with was nice and professional. Thanks to Ron, Jorge, Sam, Steven, and Travis. We had a slight issue with the car throwing an error during the walk-through, but it seemed to quickly self resolve and Jorge reassured us that all was fine. Still took over 3 hours to complete the deal, but was quicker than other dealerships we’ve been to and we were offered water multiple times. Only thing I wish was more clear is their 3 day exchange policy is very limited and that wasn’t clear until we were signing the papers….example, you can’t exchange a new car that is over $40k, or a car they brought in from another dealership per your request, or if you have over 150 miles on the car (and my new car already had 100 miles on it when we picked it up). I would have preferred to actually have a 3 day exchange policy for peace of mind. I hope to have a positive long term future with my Hyundai and plan to return here for service.
