2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300

We just purchased a 2019 Chevy Tahoe from luxury auto sales and it was the absolute best experience we’ve ever had with a dealership. Al was our salesman and he was beyond helpful and his experience in the industry definitely showed. If you’re looking for a vehicle and other dealerships say no, try luxury auto sales and ask for Al! Highly highly recommend and will go through them on my next vehicle purchase as well.

Just bought a car from here almost a month ago. I was iffy cause I saw prior reviews, but overall I had a good experience. We were greeted outside & I got to test drive the car. Got the car for a good price (considering there was prior minor damage to it), was shown the car fax/prior history, and the whole paperwork process took less than 4 hours. They don’t tell you the damage(if any) until you’re already into the paperwork & halfway signing through. This is also when they say once you drive the car off the lot, you cannot take it back so do your research before if you don’t want to be surprised. Friendly staff. My registration has been sent to DMV in a timely manner as well. I had a possible second key that I tried to email the guy I did the paperwork with because he said to in about a week, never heard back from him. Emailed him multiple times, no answer. I had to call/call back a few times before I even got an answer but eventually I was able to pick it up. Seemed like no one knew about the additional key except jasmine & the guy I did the paperwork with was there & didn’t even bother to get up and ask her when he was already inside, he had me go outside and ask someone else just for them to go inside and ask her. Not sure if he was busy but it only took like 15 seconds so that was kind of annoying, but overall good buying experience.

We have purchased two cars from this location and they are the best in town!! I can't say anything else. Polite and friendly staff. Excellent selection of cars in great condition. You won't find a better place to shop for a car. We purchased a car and an SUV from them. Thanks to Sacramento Luxury Motors we have our dream cars.
