2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300

Customer service was excellent. I wasn’t pressured into any vehicles that I did not want. I was not pressured into a contract , I was never directed to a car that I didn’t have interest in. Once I arrived at hot deals auto I was greeted, I was immediately shown the car that I was interested in and to it for a test drive. There was no haggling of prices since the car was already priced reasonably. There were no added fees at the end of the contract, and there were options for extended warranty. I was in and out within a three hour time span. It is a family owned Dealership and the sense of community and care was prevalent and appreciated. I would definitely do business with this auto dealership again as well as recommended to others.

The level of care to insure that I stayed where I needed to be was the first thing I noticed about the team at Hot Deals. The patience they had for me and the process is unmatched. Even the guy who did the test drive showed me all the details and answered all my questions. Hot Deals was not only a great experience they have an amazing selection of cars,trucks, and SUV’s. Not only did I buy an Audi A3 , but I have a friend for life. He genuinely has my best interest.
