Came in on a Thursday to purchase a vehicle 2017 (mini cooper) for my daughter that Mark directed me to and within moments Mark had her approved for her first car loan and after there was a slight hiccup the situation was take. Care of IMMEDIATELY and seamless. After which, I proceeded to inquire about a trade in on a vehicle (Audi A8l) that I purchased here as well in March of 2022, I proceeded to inquire about a 740i BMW and again the transaction went smoothly with the assistance of Mark. Bottom line: I purchased two vehicles in the span of 72 hours and on top of that the owner Akram was present and when I say this man was totally helpful and thorough would be an understatement.
