2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300

I recently purchased a vehicle from AutoNation Hyundai in Tempe. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the vehicle and the staff were friendly and polite. Johnny my sales agent was friendly and had the vehicle ready when I arrived. He also made sure the vehicle was clean and ready to test drive before I drove from North Phoenix. The purchase process was straight forward and the payment terms were reasonable. The finance agent I worked with was also friendly and was able to get financing through my personal bank. After purchasing the vehicle, one of the keys was left at the dealer, but Johnny made sure to mail the key to me. Overall, I would go back to AutoNation Hyundai in Tempe if I were to purchase a vehicle again.

My husband and I do NOT enjoy car shopping due to bad experiences in the past. Steve (sales) and Jacob (finance) made our purchase the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had. We got a very fair offer on our trade in. Jacob used our Costco membership to save us money on the maintenance package, very grareful. Steve is very kind, and took his time to go through the features of our new Tucson hybrid & answered all of our questions. The whole process including test drive was about 2 hours. What a relief, and we love the new vehicle. Thank you, gentlemen!

Team was amazing! Thank you for complimentary wash and vacuum! Love the car and the people who took care of all fixes. I did want to get an air filter replacement. I was quoted $100+ for that service. Filter cost is about $10 and it takes like 5 minutes to do it. If you want to have superior service, consider adding customer friendly services at a lower cost. I would have done it for $20-30 but not for $100+.
