2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300

Hands down the best buying experience I've had to date. I'm a bit of a special case. I live in Alaska and had very specific requirements for a vehicle. Oh, yeah, and it had to be shipped. When I found my ride on Emerald City's website, my jaw dropped. The car was exactly what I was looking for, and for its age, super clean. I had to act fast. This unicorn would not last long. I dialed up their number and reached Carlos, likely the best in the business, this guy. Paperwork was quick, as was delivery to my shipper. Emerald City Motorsport rocks! I browse their inventory regularly looking for the next unicorn. Did I mention prices? No? Well, folks, the prices are rock-bottom. My vehicle was priced WAY below what I would pay for it in Alaska, but alas, after two years of searching, none were to be found. Everything is priced so reasonably I've considered buying cars I don't even want. No kidding. There's a Cadillac in inventory right now, and I'm getting chills. Emerald City got the job done! I'm certain they're going to get more of my business. Carlos, can you find me a Lada Niva?!?!

This place is the BEST! Brian went above and beyond to accommodate my budget and needs for the vehicle I purchased. It was my first time purchasing so he was kind enough to explain everything to me and was not pushy whatsoever. Both him and Oscar are super friendly and easy to talk to, they made the entire process quick and seamless. They really do care about their customers and will do everything they can to help you out. I got an amazing rate and Brian was able to throw in an even better warranty!!! So awesome! I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a quality vehicle and quality service. Don't waste your time at other dealerships and check these guys out :)

I had such an Awesome experience with Brian, and the entire staff here. I also had other things I needed for my wife's car and they helped me with different services to get my other vehicle detailed. The sales people are awesome, Brian took care of me in every possible way. I really didn't know what to expect because I have never bought a used car before, but this was pleasant and fast. Everything I wanted I got. It was such a good experience we are now fixing up my wife's car so we can sell it and get another one from them. What made the real difference was the little things, I never felt like they forgot about me like I did when I bought my previous vehicle from a new car dealership, the whole transaction was catered to my personal situation. I think this may be my first positive review....ever. the only time I have ever taken the time to write one is when I had a negative experience somewhere, but this was over the top great. It made it an adventure not a chore. Thanks again to everybody at Emeraldcity Motorsports. We WILL be back!
