I can’t recommend these guys enough! Everyone who works there is incredibly friendly and professional, especially Noah and Isaac, and they communicate with you quickly and consistently throughout the process. They are competitive on the pricing too, and did their best to match/beat other estimates from other shops. Hoping to not need scratch repair anytime soon, but if I do, I will gladly bring it back to this place.

This place is amazing! I had my windows tinted here back in December, and my car was ready in less than two hours. The quality of the tint is outstanding—without a doubt the best in town. The service, professionalism, and pricing are all top-notch. They even offer to pick up your car if you’re unable to drop it off, which is incredibly convenient. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for quality window tinting.

So grateful for the crew at My Town Auto on Stephenson in Madison Heights. They definitely came through for a damsel in distress! My passenger door was hit a few days ago, and a piece of the culprit was left sticking out/wedged into my door crease. The door was bent and left a gap at the top that didn't allow the door to seal properly. Listen...I have lived in survival mode my whole life, and like most people, I don't have money laying around for auto repairs. But not only that...who can you even trust anymore? My last mechanic totally took advantage of me, so I didn't know what to do. I was so worried that I was just going to be out of luck and have to deal with my car as is until it just dies. But I sent out the bat signal, and so many wonderful people came through with advice/referrals/offers. I ended up going with My Town Auto because they were literally the first suggestion I received, and Rick told me he'd have his guys take a look at it...no charge. True to his word, his people showed out. ?? Props to Noah...who dealt with me directly. Super kind. Calming. He set me up in their really cool waiting room, and went to work. Not long after, he's sweeping me out the door to my carriage. My carriage that once again has 4 properly functioning doors...and no miscellaneous growth popping out the side. ? ?????? So thank You, Jesus, My Town Auto, and everyone that played a part in getting this girl back on the road. I can't even explain the relief I feel. And it's two-fold because 1) the door works, and 2) I now have a mechanic that I feel is decent and trustworthy, that I can bring my car to. Which I definitely will be doing...as soon as I get a little money. ???
