Having just moved to town, I wasn’t sure who to trust with my 2009 E350. Further, I service my own cars and With my tools in transit it’s sometimes hard to place your trusted steed in strange hands. So I put the service of my car in the hands of Mercedes Benz of Hilton Head. I was greeted by Mike my service manager. He was really nice and took the time to throughly explain the process. The tech did a through inspection of the vehicle - having intimate knowledge of the car, the report verified what I knew to be wrong with the car nothing more nothing less. That’s when I knew these were people I could trust. My car was serviced and washed in no time and at a very reasonable price. On a side note the detailer did an amazing job- the car looked awesome when I picked it up. Yes if you’re in town and need to service your Mercedes definitely stop by and see Mike! Just want to say that when I came to drop off my loaner and pick my vehicle up I was not at all satisfied with the level of customer service I had received. Fortunately, I knew it wasn’t the norm because I’ve been visiting this facility for several years and always had a great experience. On this particular visit, Brian Johnson met me at my car with a smile. He welcomed me into the lobby and I began to share some of my issues with him. He immediately addressed my concerns and got some answers. He escorted me over to Jenny Jonas. As Jenny and I began to interact, I knew she was there to deliver more of the same pleasant experience. I ran into a small issue with my bank not being able to approve the amount of the transaction, because they were closed (Saturday). As I waited on answers and options, Jenny and Brian helped to see what could be done to help. The only option ended up being come back on Monday. They put me back in the loaner and said “See you on Monday”. The part that I deem most important is that these two people used their smiles and a bit of courtesy to turn a bad review into a great review. Both of them said many times “We’re here to take care of you” “No problem” and things of that sort. They definitely represent the company well and know the importance of delivering an ultimate customer service experience. Thanks so much!
