We had the best experience with this dealership. Trinidad Rodriquez was hands down incredible. My husband and I flew in from California for our daughter's graduation only to learn her vehicle was having issues and she needed a new one. So we scrambled trying to locate a vehicle only to be given the run around in San Antonio and although Austin dealership was not trying to scalp us like San Antonio, they were clearly not about to offer any type of real help. We reached out to Trinidad on a friends recommendation and Immediately were handled with respect and kindness. Not only did he locate a vehicle fitting her needs but at a price point that far passed anybody else. We had one day to handle this and he made it happen with all Paperwork ready when we drove over from Austin immediately following graduation.
