Sequoia, Dan and John are so awesome!! Sequoia found the perfect car for me that has everything I need and want! Dan kept me in the loop so there were no surprises when I got to John. John worked the numbers so well! My payments are great and he made it fun and easy. I'm brining family back next week so Sequoia can make their day like she made mine. You need to go see her too!!

I inquired online about a Frontier that was listed and I received a fast response. I inherited my father's truck and the staff were great on helping me navigate the DMV paperwork to be able to trade it in giving me a great deal on both the trade in and my new truck. Thanks to Michelle in sales and John in finance for making this a great experience.

My initial contact and test drive with Michael were excellent. He was enjoyable to spend time with, answered all my questions, and wasn't patronizing as many salespeople can be with women shopping for cars. Since I didn't have an appointment for my second visit to actually lease the car, Michael wasn't there so I met with Jesse. Jesse was very new and very nice, but my remaining questions had to be answered by us scrolling the website to learn more about the vehicle options, which I could have done on my own but it was nice to share the experience with someone. Other manager figures who spoke with me were a little over-explainy bordering on condescending, but I've experienced worse. Everyone was very pleasant and in general my car shopping experience was very enjoyable. To accommodate my request, they even delivered the car to me the next day. My only complaint is that once I signed the lease documents I waited for HOURS to meet with the finance person -- so long that I had to leave for a meeting and come back later in the afternoon to wrap everything up, and poor Jesse had to keep me entertained the entire time. (We covered a lot of ground conversationally.) It was a little perplexing why the wait was so long given that I appeared to be the only customer in the dealership at the time and I came in knowing what I wanted. This is the only reason I didn't give five stars.
