I absolutely LOVE our experience with Jim Browne of Dade City. I had previously taken my Jeep to a different dealer two weeks ago because we felt that something was wrong with our Jeep, the mechanics of the competitor dealer said that they couldn’t find anything wrong with our Jeep. Even though we had a feeling that something was not right. Thankfully my husband that a great idea of getting a second opinion, and thank goodness that he did. The mechanics at Jim Browne were able to pinpoint exactly what the issue was. Turns out that our Jeep was not safe to drive at all. The rear end axle was damaged and in very bad shape. We could have been in a serious accident if went unfixed. Thank you Jim Browne for hiring awesome mechanics and a wonderful staff. Our service advisor Macy Kagey kept us well informed of everything that was being done to our Jeep. Everyone at the dealer are super professional and friendly to work with. Can't speak on the service department, but the sales department was great and honestly the most pain free, brand specific, dealer I've dealt with - and I've bought from three Chrysler dealers in three different states. I called up from 1100 miles away about a new challenger and Paul was straight forward and on top of getting a deal worked out. When I flew down a few days later, he had the car ready to go and paper work ready to sign. The finance lady, Joanna I believe her name was, was also straight forward and to the point. Explained options well, but didn't push them either. Pretty pleasant and pain free experience.
