We cannot say enough great things about our sales person Mike Tran. Mike works in both new car sales and preowned sales. We showed up after having driven from The Woodlands an hour to the dealership about 30 minutes before it closed on a Saturday night. Mike is a gentle soul and soft spoken yet is absolutely amazing to work with. He's not pushy at all, and the process was extremely transparent. Their motto is "no haggle, no hassle" and Mike embodies that mantra. We bought a preowned Mercedes for our son and even though this is not a Mercedes dealership, Mike actually did a little research and was able to answer all our questions. He also pulled the car out and had it readily available for us near the showroom when we arrived. He made a video for us and texted it to us so that we knew exactly what we were going to see. He also walked around the car to ensure it had no door dings, paint chips, or other damage. He is a self described "car guy "and my husband loved that about Mike. Car guys are meticulous with the details. we also worked with Lauderdale on our financing. She was super sweet and explained all of the available warranty options to us. She was equally easy to work with to purchase the car without a lot of challenges. Would absolutely recommend walking in the door and immediately asking for Mike Tran. Thank you again Mike and Lauderdale! Mike also put a big huge red bow on the car so when we brought my son in to drive it from the dealership, it was waiting for us with a giant red bow on it. That was a very nice touch Mike! Also, they have a beautiful showroom. Very convenient to Grande Parkway 99 which is why it was so easy for us to get there from The Woodlands.
