They were so patient and understanding, taking the time to listen to my needs and help me find the perfect car. I never once felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which made the whole process so much more enjoyable. The sales team was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I left the dealership feeling like I had made new friends and drove off in my new car with a huge smile on my face. I am literally at the dealership leaving a review before I drive off in my 2017 Lexus NX 200t loaded thanks to this amazing man named Johnny Dice. When I arrived I was given 5 start customer service only missing the red carpet! I was able to come in with no hassle and no sales games. Traded in my Jetta and left with my Lexus no money down!!! Igor the finance manager was also a great pleasure to work with he made my transition into my new vehicle effortless.
