2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300

I went in to test drive a BMW X5 because I have never driven a BMW and I ended up purchasing a BMW X3M Competition instead. My sales associate was Marco Melecio and he was very helpful and very knowledgeable. He took the time necessary for me to make my decision on which vehicle I wanted to purchase and he made the whole process painless and stress free. No pressure whatsoever on which model I should get, just gave me all the information I needed so I could make a sound decision. He also made sure I received the best trade in value on the vehicle I was trading in and all the specials that would apply to me including the military discount that I was entitled to since I was a veteran. All and all, this was one of the best car purchasing experience I have ever had . I will return to Principle BMW of San Antonio again and work with Marco Melecio when it comes time to purchase another vehicle.

Loved, loved this dealership! Came here to get my X7 after a horrific experience with a Lubbock BMW dealer (will post that review as well). And Principle/BMW of San Antonio took care of me, erasing all the bad memories. If you need a new/pre-owned vehicle, I highly recommend them because of transparency in communication, exceptional after-purchase service, sales ad finance people who actually show you their screen to let you know what the data looks like, and overall professionalism.
