If I could give 10 starts, I would. The service is 10/10. I had the pleasure of working with Larry Leon in my sales transaction. I highly recommend Larry if you’re looking for your next vehicle. Funny story, I had bought a Mercedes 6 months ago… amazing service but it flooded because of the rain storm. I went to get another car as my car was declared total loss. The service I received from Miguel the manager and Kaleb in finance was outstanding. What a great team! It was truly such a smooth process working alongside with Larry, Miguel and Kaleb. I am very pleased and highly recommend :)

Pembroke Pine Mercedes Ben service department is excellent. My service person Peter Armstrong gave me a sense of confident and making sure your service is done correctly by informing you step by step of the process. The manager of the Service Department Orlando Dominguez provides excellent service to the clients and staff. Once you enter into the service department everyone demonstrates politeness and kindness. I know once you have good leadership in your department your staff will follow into dose footsteps. I love the services that they provide.

My visit to Mercedes-Benz of Pembroke Pines was quick and pleasant. I was able to schedule an appointment for routine maintenance through the application. When I arrived, the staff immediately took my vehicle to start its maintenance and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. They also offered to schedule me a ride home if needed instead of waiting. It was nice to not have to worry about unexpected costs and long wait times. Thank you all so much.
