This is my first time visiting Jim Ellis VW for service. The customer areas are spacious, clean, and plentiful accommodations for seating. Also a dedicated area for phone charging as well. I added a couple of pictures of the Atlas cross over. Very nice. I greatly appreciate Chris's assistance with my Beetle's oil change. He explained the technician's findings, made recommendations, and even received a complimentary car wash. It needed for sure ????????????. A great experience.
A well-oiled machine and i mean that in a very good way. Our third car purchase from them in recent years and all a very pleasant experience including our purchase today.
They built a new building and tore down the old one. It was syate of the art, very clean. My daughter bought her first SUV during the rebuild, loves it, and the service has been very good.
