2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

I originally contacted Hassan about this ATS they had in stock. He got me pictures, information, carfax, even a video of the car to show the condition to the best of his ability since I am 4hrs away. They were honest from the beginning, even offered to put it on a lift when I get there to inspect it. Got financing going at my local credit union and when my CU needed something 30mins to close they got me all the paperwork needed right away! Check in hand made the 4hr trip from Indiana. I was greeted by Mo and Cesar but they informed me the car wasn't there. They test drove it before I came and the brakes weren't the greatest from sitting and wanted to make sure I was safe on the trip back. So they decided to just throw brake pads and rotors on all 4 corners! Most places would not have went out their way to do something like that and greatly appreciated it While I was waiting they gave me a great recommendation for a nice halal restaurant, had lunch and by the time I came back the car was ready. They made sure the tire pressures were perfect and filled the car with gas. Within 30minutes we were ready to leave with the key in hand Overall it was a pleasurable experience and highly recommend them Thank you gentlemen and wish you more success in the future for you and your families ??

This place is tops in dealerships ! I walked in Friday morning looking for a car didn’t know how it would go but when I say Moe and Ali made this experience smooth as silk thats exactly how it was !
