So, I have been searching for a Benz for few months from New York to V.A. I I was looking for a very specific set of options in the vehicle. There were plenty of vehicles, But, if you're looking for the Best pricing an excellent customer service as you expect from a Mercedes dealer. This is IT! ( I was a out of state client) My sales rep Drew Donald was extremely professional I'm very thoughtful throughout the process. He answered all my Questions,spend lot's of time with me over the phone and In person and found THE vehicle for me.. With the color and Options i wanted. Their pre-owned prices are extremely reasonable throughout the region. If you are looking for a Benz, This place has to be on your List. Last but not least the business / Finance manager, Mr Allen was extremely helpful and thoughtful as well. He has a very Pleasant personality which makes the whole process a delightful Breeze. He speaks to you on a personal level like I have never experienced with any other finance manager. I have done my due diligence and I found this place to be extremely courteous professional and reasonable. if you're looking for a Mercedes you must visit this dealership before making a final decision.
My overall experience was Exceptional. Mia was very helpful with the entire process from identifying the car I wanted to purchase, test driving it and communicating promptly even after purchase. Dean provided information at instances when I had additional questions. Larry provided a lot of info about the optional warranties and financing. I felt very welcome and drove away happy. I plan to purchase more vehicles from them.
