2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

Just received our car that we purchased from Mike, and could not be happier with how fadt and simple this process was. I live in Las Vegas, NV, and Mike made this out of state purchase extremely simple. He FedExed my wife and i the paperwork to sign, sent it back to him, and the car hauler picked the car up the day after he received the paperwork. There was no typical saleman bs of back and forth negotiolating, or any surprise addons/markeups. I wish all car dealerships would be this friendly and make buying a car this simple. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and though I dont enjoy haggling, I do enjoy the hunt for the right vehicle and price. I can say that purchasing here and dealing with Mike Jansen was a breeze and one of the easiest vehicle sales transactions i have been a part of. There was a small issue with the key fob not working with the driver’s door and without hesitation and before I could ask for it to be fixed, he said I will have it fixed tomorrow. That is how a business should be ran. Not only will I recommend Mike and Joseph Leasing to friends and family, but I will most likely start my search for my next vehicle here. I have had the Rav 4 now for 8 months with no issues. This is my First ever post on social media but i felt it necessary due to my experience with Mike.
