2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

I was super happy and very satisfied with the transaction I made with Mercedes Benz last April 30, 2024. This the first time I walked out in a dealership with so much happiness and ease because of the way Crystal handled the deal. I was surprise it was just her first month. She is so professional and super approachable. I’ve been to 4 different dealer in my 5 years here in the USA and this is the first time I met a very nice agent. Other agents were nice, but Crystal is on a different level. I already recommended her to my friends and they are excited to make a deal with her in the future.

After going to the Mercedes dealer in San Rafael and having a very uncomfortable experience with a salesman and the "manager" who ended up following us out to our car it was a breathe of fresh air to go be arrive at this dealership in Fairfield. Sajad Joya was the sales person who helped us throughout the whole process and he was anything but pushy. He was actually incredibly warm and straightforward, he listened well, made the process smooth and easy, and since then has made it really easy to communicate with him even months after buying the car. I recommend the Fairfield dealership over the others that I went too (including the Oakland one, Fairfield just had the best vibes, honestly.)

I had a great experience with the help of Crystal Khan who sold me my Mercedes Benz CLA 250 .She was very helpful and patient. A fun charismatic personality, which made this purchase experience very pleasant. I recommend going to her for support on any purchases
