Markel/ Rob was so helpful doing our time there to find our son a car .markel was very professional and kind he didn't pressure use into anything. He let us make our own decisions but he was there to answer any questions we had .Rob was by his side every step of the way. Made sure we were comfortable. I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox from Mr. Zach Woods (Google HIM!!!) So...Zach...he is an amazing guy. Kind, knowledgeable, HONEST, and not too bad to look at it. I purchased the lifetime oil changes and I got a 60 day warranty. Two weeks after having the vehicle the brakes sounded bad!!! I brought it in for a check up. (The engine started sounding funny few days before my appointment) Long story longer... All my brakes measured fine, but...MY ENGINE BLEW???!!! Wat???!!! Oh...and they needed my car for 2 weeks (they were lil backed up...it happens) I couldn't go without for 2 weeks...they finally were able to find me a loaner. Now...get my car back and the brakes still not right...ugh. I call...they have me in the next morning and done that night. 4 new pads and rotors. Oh ???????????? They even washed her for me. THANKS PRIORITY CHEVROLET GREENBRIER!!! Zach, Brandon, Billy...y'all ROCK!!!
