The MB Manhattan dealership provides high quality, high touch white glove services. I have visited this dealership probably a dozen times for sales and for service. First, the challenges: this is a very large leadership. The volume is massive, and takes a lot to stay organized. On occasion, you have long wait times, even to drop off your car for service. Plus, they are currently under extensive construction to upgrade some of the facilities which creates a further delay which can be an inconvenience. I have had to wait up to 45 min sitting in my car, inside the garage, just to drop off my vehicle for service. A second challenge is the sticker shock, but that should come as no surprise given the type of vehicle and that you are in Manhattan, NY. Now for the positives. Sales service is generally outstanding, truly best-in-class. Includes handholding every step of the process, helping with financing, driving and delivering the vehicle anywhere you may be. Vehicle services are very good. Once they get to your vehicle they do a fantastic job, diagnosing it, repairing it, and keeping you in the loop quickly and efficiently. I have been to other dealers, and once you get used to the level of Service that MB Manhattan provides it becomes the new standard by which you measure things.
