She has a very warm and welcoming spirit and came to check in several times as I was going through the process of purchasing my Telluride. Almost felt as if we had crossed paths before. I had an amazing experience at Vanguard Kia of Arlington. The customer service was outstanding, and the Kia Telluride was exactly what I was looking for. I was so pleased with the service I received from my salesman Blake, he was amazing. He helped me get my vehicle set up on the Kia app and was very patient with me while I learned how to manuever through all of the new things that this vehicle is capable of doing. He wasn't pushy and he never tried to sell me something that I didn't ask for. Marcus in financing was great as well. He was very thorough with the paperwork process and explained how everything worked with the warranties. He answered all of our questions so that we wouldn't leave confused or with unanswered questions. I truly recommend this business if you're in the market for a new vehicle.
