2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

Highly recommend!! Passed by one day and some cars caught out eye. After one convo on the phone with Ted, we knew he would be our go to guy. So friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Haven’t purchased a car yet but Ted is keeping an eye out for us. We have brought our car twice to him for maintenance and he is always thorough, honest, and extremely reasonable. Goodbye getting ripped off at dealerships, I’ll only be brining my car here for now on!!!!!

This is a long overdue review of US 1, auto sales and services. I have known Ted for almost 30 years, and he has always been there to help. In addition to buying 2 cars from me, 2 examples are as follows; 1) My son purchased an old clunker from US 1 when he went off to college. Ted assured me that the car was in good shape, and sure enough it made it through his college career without any major incidents. Additionally, this was a last-minute type situation, and Ted expedited all the paperwork and insurance in a very timely fashion to make it all work. 2) One evening, my wife’s car broke down in Yonkers in a very dangerous area. I contacted Ted, and he had a tow truck there within 30 minutes, and also took my wife and family home. For that experience, we will always be grateful Ted is always going 100 miles an hour, but if you have a situation where you need immediate help, he will always be there for you. His team is excellent, and Sonia is always there to make sure that priorities get addressed. Responsiveness and relationships are most important. I no longer live in the area, but if I ever needed something, I know it would be taken care of by the US 1 team. Rick Reid

My first time. At US-1 was a beautiful experience .Ted was so kind and helpful .he said he was going to take care of it. and it was taken care of . no problem at all whatsoever. My experience was fast. And my problem was solved.
