2018 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

I flew from Florida to pick up a car for my granddaughter. I cannot begin to explain what a positive experience it was. My flight was delayed and they waited hours after they should have been closed for me to arrive. Their responsiveness in keeping me updated and reassuring me I would not be stranded late on a Friday night was more than I ever expected. They showed a level of customer service I have not experienced in decades. The car was exactly as described and my granddaughter could not be happier. Really good people!! Just bought a car they had listed for less than a day and the entire process was smooth and easy! They even stayed after close for me to come back to pick up the car. Excellent little dealership. I just purchased a 2014 Audi S7 from Yang and Jennifer. Low miles, good condition, and the vehicle passed an inspection I had completed by the Audi Indianapolis dealership. Both people were great to work with and made the test drive and sale process simple and straightforward!
