Nelson, Brandy and Paul!! This trio was a godsend! Walked into the dealership with a car in mind and Nelson made moves to make it happen. We walked in later into the day and it was unlikely to walk out with the car on the same day due to the credit union being closed but Nelson pulled through and got us the approval we needed at a better price than I had initially thought of. However, Ramon Nunez sales manager does not have the art of negotiation an arrogant person I asked him to cancel $895 dealer prep he Shake my hand saying" I pass ". (Fake smile )he politely said goodbye to me and left the desk .one day hope to meet him again .usually I don't write reviews but this person made fun of me .he returned my credit card - I said thank you ,and he didn't even respond. Finally sales team sold me the Mercedes Benz GLC COUPE AMG 43 nice sounds engine !! Amazing car , I like it. This dealer offers you Good free starbucks coffee Nice clothes accessories Mercedes Benz store in the building , has a good work environment , nice and clean showroom I highly recommend this dealer .i will come back soon to buy another car
