2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

This will be a long post. My first experience with Gastonia Nissan was Late August 2023. I was online shopping because I knew that my 05 Lexus was on her last legs.. I knew that it was time. However my credit terrible at the time. So I didn’t believe that I would get approved but I was hoping that my income would allow my foot in the door. Andrew from Gastonia Nissan was the very first person to call me out of all the inquiries I sent online to different dealers. I advised him of my situation and he assured me that they’d be able to work it out for me.. The conviction in his tone told me that this was the one. I didn’t even need to go to anyone else. When I got there, I was extremely anxious. But the entire staff made me feel very welcomed and reassured me I was in good hands! Being that my credit at the time was in the low 400s I have no clue how they pieced this together. Justin, the General Manager himself came to sit down with me and we drew up a plan to get this to work. He assured me that I was leaving with a new car. This was teamwork like no other! I’ve never in my life seen anybody go to lengths he did! And sure enough I left with a new car. After spending a year working on my credit I also left my FA job to become a FT entrepreneur. So much has changed in a year. My credit now is WAY BETTER. So I came back to Nissan a year later needing another car! Now granted I’ve worked with them throughout the course of this year with getting services and trying to get my other dream car ( a jeep) but it wasn’t time yet. But recently it became apparent with the type of work that I do, I NEEDED to get a second car! So I called the people I knew that would make it happen. I called Andrew and informed him that I’d be on my way. He told me there were no jeeps but he could definitely get me into something. They all know how bad I want that jeep ???? After scanning the lot for 2.5 seconds, I saw the Benz and immediately fell in love. I knew right then, I’d have to have it. This is my second dream car And once again Justin made it happen. He’s a true miracle worker. My sales rep Josiah, was one of the sweetest people I met as well. Although new, he’s VERY driven and will definitely go places in life. I was his second sale! Gastonia Nissan staff is like family to me at this point. A little over a year in business and I wouldn’t go anywhere else when it comes down to getting a new car. I am proof that it can be done, and that so much can change in a year as well. From an 05 Lexus, to a 2016 Nissan & now adding a 2019 Benz to my mini fleet. I love both of my cars! Please choose Gastonia Nissan! Everytime I come here they take GREAT care of me. Getting me anything I need. Huge shoutout to Justin and Andrew especially. I wouldn’t have it any other way!

I recently visited Nissan Gastonia and had the pleasure of working with both Jonathan and Mr. Camilo. Jonathan was incredibly kind and accommodating from the moment I walked in, even offering me food and iced tea! It felt like I had stepped into my grandparents’ house lol such a warm and welcoming environment. He was also very knowledgeable about my 2023 Nissan SR Midnight, answering all my questions with ease. I couldn’t have asked for better service, and I will definitely return, God willing, to get my dream Nissan Z. Thank you, Jonathan and Mr. Camilo, for making this such a memorable experience!
