2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

Came to look at a car loved it. After looking over the vehicle I noticed it needed some maintenance such as tires brakes etc. Fabricio helped me with the car and after test driving the car I put a deposit down and pointed out everything I wanted fixed on it. He worked with me and my girlfriend and found a bank that could finance us with our bad credit and after a week and a half the car was in my driveway, fixed new tires and he fixed the AC and made sure all the dents and paint was repaired. Everything worked smoothly with my experience at 1Aautoway. And I would recommend to anyone!

Great overall experience. Very easy process. Price was firm, but they extended advertised warranty. Had an minor "issue" with the car (turned out it had a secret alarm from previous owner) and they came to me and resloved the issue. Now I have a working alarm system to boot. Customer service is not the same as your typical dealership. I don't think thats a bad thing. They were fast, but nice and got the job done well.

They made the process easy for me because I live a bit of a distance away. Most important, though, is that when I had a problem with the car just a month after I bought it, they simply told me to bring it in and they fixed it! Very impressed with the service.
