Mr. Lloyd was very transparent, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care about me getting the best offer. I am unsure of his name, but the gentleman who appraised my trade-in gave me an amazing offer! The gentleman who went through all the paperwork with me at the end did an amazing job at explaining all the perks that came with purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership and I absolutely love the car I got!
