2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

Justin has provided excellent customer service at Dream Work Automotive . I went to about five local dealers for a week or two and in the end the car I found was listed online & out of state . I was very nervous about how this would work ,we had an few issues come up but Justin held my hand throughout the process .We communicated over text , email and phone for many weeks and his communication was speedy , transparent and solid . He did everything to make the sale happen without being overbearing . For example Justin was assertive & clear but not pushy when suggesting a deposit ( while my credit union took way too long to send over the check ). He also provided stellar videos and was honest about any minor imperfections ( on my older car). I have been very impressed with Justin’s attention to detail and his positive , steady attitude . I can’t wait to get my car ! Justin is management material for sure !

Found the car I have wanted since I was 14 years old here. I live out of state and my dad and I worked with Kyle to make it happen. I had a good experience.. Although when the car was delivered the passenger side rocker panel was missing and they failed to tell me that it fell off multiple times. Actually laughed about it when I asked about it. Didn’t help me find a new one after offering too. Just expected me not to notice it. Wouldn’t have made a fuss if it was communicated with me but the fact that it wasn’t and laughed about when I brought it to Kyle’s attention was mildly frustrating. All in all they get great cars, Pops was an absolute legend and I still appreciate him driving the car 3 hours to me! Happy with my purchase, just be thorough because doing the right thing is rare these days I guess.
