I spent the last few days working out a deal on a car with Chris Cochenour at the used vehicle dealership. Amazing car buying experience my family will never forget!! Our brand new Toyota was located at Jeff Wyler’s auto mall, which was a 3hr drive. Online connected us with Seth F., a sales rep, who was able to reserve our 4Runner while it was still being delivered! Whenever I had a question, even after hours, Seth responded and worked quickly and diligently to fulfill all of our car needs/wants. Some wants being unique, adding additions that did not come stock (3in lift and new rims/tires, remote start). All while never actually walking in their door! Being a good distance away, We still felt very connected in our purchase. We were elated to have such a salesman who was knowledgeable and confident in getting exactly what we envisioned!
