2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

Just came in for my service after having my vehicle for almost a year. Was offered a great trade in value on my Mitsubishi outlander, left the lot in under 2 hours with a Mercedes GLA. I am from out of state and found this dealer online. I contacted them directly and bought this car over the phone. They were very friendly and made the process easy. I flew into town for other business and picked the car up while I was in town. The place looks like a new car dealership, everything was clean and nice. Very satisfied. Overall the experience was so quick and easy! Right away I was approached and talked to. The service was great. My sales representative Sean Martin really just made this whole experience so comfortable and quick to the point. This was my first car purchase ever in my life and this gentleman took great care of my family and I. Side note he’s honestly just a very nice guy in general and has a very inviting personality. The whole process he just made me feel very reassured and not pressured. He’s a people person as well as a great car salesman! Overall the whole time with him I just felt like I was in great hands. To the rest of the staff in general, the managers, the financial worker, and my sales representative did a great job! Thank you for this great experience!
