Just bought a 2022 Lexus RX350 from Greenville Auto last week and this was our first time we visited this dealership. Working with Cody was a breeze! I think this is the first time we had a “pleasant” car buying experience. Usually we feel pressured or the process takes an inordinant amount of time with sales staff having to go to the back room to talk with someone regarding our offer/s. Cody was very accommodating and we weren’t rushed, pushed or pressured at all. We were offered a fair price for our Lexus trade and overall the experience was very positive. The vehicle has very low miles and was meticulously clean. The dealership is small, and very nice inside. And they have a nice selection of vehicles! I’m tired of dealing with the big guys where we often feel we’re being taken advantage of. This transaction was smooth and easy. We will be back!
