2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E300 4MATIC

So thankful for the service department at Shottenkirk Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Canton! After being suspicious of work said to have been done by Mr Tire - I decided to take my newly purchase used Chrysler 300 to the dealership for an inspection! Not only did they inspect my car and find Mr Tire had charged for services not rendered but they agreed to work with Silver Rock warranty to ensure my car was safe to drive and repairs were complete! They took the world off my shoulders in a very stressful situation and words can not express my gratitude! Shottenkirk Service Department is luxury all the way! Greeted by a "welcome committee" who welcomed me as if I were royalty and took the time to place plastic covers and mats inside my car for protection before moving it to the inspection and repair team!! Their service technicians, representatives, and management went above and beyond to keep me informed every step of the way! Everyone is so professional and kind! The waiting area is so comfortable, clean, and full of refreshments! It is obvious that everyone working in this department love what they do and truly care about their customers! I will never bring my Chrysler anywhere else! Thank you all so much!

This is the fourth vehicle I have purchased from Shottenkirk and I will never go anywhere else. It's been my dream to have a Wrangler and it finally came true! Everyone at this dealership was fantastic. This was the first time in my life that I went alone to buy a car. The people here made me feel comfortable and respected. If I ever need a new Jeep (I don’t know if I’ll ever want to get rid of this one) it’ll be from here.
