James showed a legendary level of patience while we spent all day dealing with insurance companies and was hugely proactive in my favor when it came to dealing with the financing company as well.

I bought a truck from them and the frame ended up being to rotted for me to want to drive safely. I let james and the owner shawn know about my concerns they had me bring it back and gave me a full refund of my deposit. Shawn even offer to be looking for something else when he is looking for cars for his lot. For a first time car buyer from a dealer I could not have asked for a better experince and the fact that they did right by me means I will be buying from them in the future.
