2017 Mercedes-Benz E-Class AMG E43

Im normally one to go based off reviews before going to a location but this place helped me so much with my car that I felt like I had to leave one! I have no knowledge of cars what so ever . I wanted to make sure I bought a safe and reliable car and Adrian the salesman, guided me in every way possible to accomplish this goal. He was a genuine salesman compared to many I have met at other locations. I decided to purchase my car here because I knew that I would be in good hands if I ever came across issues with my car in the future. Adrian kept his assurance that if I ever needed help with my car, he kept saying “please call me, it wont be a problem. I will try my best to take care of it”. It was a huge difference, compared to the other dealerships salesmen, who just wanted to make a sale and only prioritized on making sure they could make a deal with you, rather than making sure people are happy with their vehicle and addressing your concerns/needs for a vehicle. You can actually feel and see a difference of which dealership built better rapport with their customers in the long run. I was given a great deal as well for my car. I usually hate back and forth and the sales tactics games, but Adrian was genuine and came back with the best deal he could do for me. No tactics, just went straight for the best deal and I was ecstatic with the price I got it for. This was one of the best transactions I have made for myself. Plus I was also just moving to a new apartment in New York and Adrian delivered my car to New York with such care! Just wanted to say, thank you Carro Mundo for your patience and honesty throughout this whole journey. I finally bought the car perfect for my needs! Highly recommended!
