Have to say probably the best experience I've had in a dealership in quite some time. Corresponded with Nina via email who shifted around my appointments due to my car having an issue, Was nothing but helpful and enjoyable. Leo, the salesman was incredibly gracious, Gave me the info I needed on the car and gave me a bit of freedom on the test drive which basically was what made me decide on this car and not another. When it came down to making the deal, there was no nonsense, He knew I knew what I was doing and worked With me to get the number I was aiming for. Pete, the salesman was also very straightforward and of course, as dealerships do offered warranty coverage, but did not try to push and be oppressive when I declined, That type of respect Goes a long way. Very painless process and due to this, I promise in two years I will be back For a Corvette.
Ingersoll is a class act when it comes treating its customers. Red carpet service when I drop the vehicle off to the car wash at the end, oh and the charge the ev up too. Katie in the service area is great and answers all my questions. If she doesn't know the answer immediately, she finds out and gets back to me. 5 star out of 5
I don't normally post anything or do reviews and I also have the typical stereotype to all dealerships based on my past experience. And because of these terrible experience, I usually try to avoid dealership unless I absolutely have to. However, Evan at Ingersoll Auto of Danbury has gave me a completely different experience and has truly impressed me through the time I work with him. I was trying to sell a car I own, which has a very good condition, so I do want to get a fair price on it (instead of being low-balled by the dealerships). I tired to price it with different platform (KBB instant offer etc) and most of them were offering a low-ball price, so I have decided to not take calls/messages from the dealers from KBB as the baseline is too low and I am not interested in having "wars" with the typical dealership. Evan contacted me almost daily since I initially KBB offer and then called me back again on Monday, 9/1 AM before I am heading to another town to sell my car. He offered a much honest price through phone so I was interested to see if I can sell it locally. Stopped by 10 mins after the call, got an even better price in 10 mins after the inspection, dropped home by Evan within an hour (yes, I decided to sell and drop the car to him without having the check); Picked up the check today and everything was perfect. He even reminded me to talk with the Town Clerk to get the tax I paid for this vehicle back as the government won't proactively doing it, (Which I actually had no idea even I just traded-in another vehicle with a different dealership 4 months ago. ) Overall, it was an amazing experience that I did not expect and was the best dealership experience so far in my life.
