Traveling through Texas when my tire blew out and damaged my rim. Jose, the service person I dealt with, worked diligently to locate tire and rim (rim had to be shipped in). Even though the shipping took several days (happened on Good Friday), they did their best to expedite everything. Best service I have ever received from a car dealer. I highly recommend them.
We had a damaged key fob and the car would not start. Gorge was amazing! He was able to get it fixed quickly and stayed in communication to let me know exactly when it was ready. He was also very kind and personable. He made it easy, which was great since this happened on an already crazy day.
