2020 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E350

I’ve purchased 3 cars in the past year from Mercedes-Benz of Gilbert. Gale in sales and Dennis in financing have assisted me in with these transactions. They are a winning combination. Very friendly and I must say they go above and beyond to make sure you get the best deal possible. Mercedes financing was giving me issue with my last deal. They didn’t want to give me the lease with the amount of negative equity with my current lease. Gale and Dennis reworked the numbers until Mercedes financing would accept the deal. I’m extremely happy with the purchase experience. This dealership is hands down the best Mercedes dealership to do business with. They do not upsell you on products and services that you don’t need. Everything is very transparent. It’s how car buying experiences should be but rarely are.

Just bought my first Mercedes and it was an extremely good experience. All the paperwork and communication with our Sales advisor (Robert Sherwood!) was perfect! Even though my wife and I were not planning on buying, Robert was able to show us all the models and explain us all about the different models that conviced us to move forward with. I am looking forward to be part of the Mercedes Benz Gilbert Family for many years.
