Excellent service and attention to detail! My husband worked with Elvis, and Elvis and the team worked as hard as possible to ensure we were happy with the deal we got on the perfect car! The lease I had on my GLA was up and Elvis and the West Caldwell Mercedes crew did what they could to keep us happy customers.

Amazing customer service! Excellent communication! Super quick service too! I had an amazing service experience with Mercedes of Caldwell! My car originally used to get serviced with the Mercedes of Union, however my encounter with them was unpleasant; it left me bitter and not too hopeful of my next experience. However, I can confidently say that Mercedes of Caldwell quickly proved me wrong as their service was top notch. They took my car in the same day that I called for a service appointment, which I found impressive and very welcoming. I had Silvana as my service advisor and she was awesome. She was super communicative with me; gave me any updates on my car and she talked me through everything that was being done. They also wasted no time looking at my car; I dropped it off on Wednesday noon and the car was already being serviced the following morning and it was ready later that same day. I will definitely be using Mercedes of Caldwell for all of my car needs! Thank you! :)
