Made an appointment a week ago. Service department was ready to take the car as soon as I got there. Found the problem and I was out in an hour. Very friendly staff. Extremely clean and comfortable waiting area. The service area was also incredibly clean. Great experience, highly recommended
There is nothing not to like. I always get my oil changes at Gates. It's fast, the price is reasonable and they have a comfortable waiting room nearby. By the time I finish my coffee, the car is ready. They also disclose any problems they found with your vehicle without a pressure to repair.
