2019 Mercedes-Benz E-Class E450 4MATIC

While searching for a used car online, I ran across an ad posted by this dealership. Even though it was 2-1/2 hours away, I drove from Michigan to see the car. It was certainly worth the drive!! From the salespeople to the manager, I was impressed by how friendly and helpful everyone was. This is a no pressure and very fair price dealership. I purchased the car and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used car.

Vin Devers has hands down the best customer appreciation and 5 star service. John is the best salesman! So patient, so educated on the vehicles & their features, and just bought my 2nd Mercedes from him. GM Jason Perry helped us tremendously as well, his appreciation for customers shows. He truly wants you to be happy with your purchase and all future service appointments, etc. Keith & Kevin in service took meticulous care of my vehicle, and I enjoy the 5 star service when I bring my vehicle in for service. I even brought my very hyper 5 year old to the dealership recently, and while that's not easy task on my end everyone at the dealership chatted with him & didn't make me feel like having a hyper little boy there was an issue. Jamie in finance helped me sign my paperwork while my little boy sat on the floor under my chair. Not my first choice of what he did, but again They understand family is first, and treat people well.

They got the job done, some observations... I have had other "premium" vehicles serviced at other dealerships in the region and the experience has been much better. This place wasn't bad I suppose, but it just didn't seem like a place that is selling luxury vehicles.... For example, and I know this is just a small thing.. but their waiting room had the some pretty lousy snacks and beverages for their guests. It would have been better if nothing was out there. And... they charge 3% if you want to use a credit card. REALLY?.... So bring cash or a check.
