2008 Dodge Sprinter

Our experience purchasing a 2005 Provan Tiger from Ma & Pa RV was awesome! The vehicle is great, the price was great, and Adrian was great. We flew into Albuquerque from Denver to buy the Tiger and Adrian had it prepped and ready to go. He knew we had to take it on the road immediately, so there was gas in the tank, the fresh water system was flushed and ready to go, etc. He also picked us up at the airport. We took his word that the vehicle was in great shape and we were not disappointed. Adrian inspired great trust with his sincere manner, and everything he told us turned out to be true. You can seriously trust this dude! We recommend Ma & Pa RV with uncommon enthusiasm. We would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

I don't usually write reviews unless the service I received was over the top exceptional or reeeeeally bad. I believe that Ma and Pa RV is worthy of a great review. I had been searching for an RV for months and gone to every dealership in Albuquerque. I started with the larger dealerships (thinking I would find a better deal) and hesitantly moved my search to the smaller businesses after not finding the deal or customer service I was hoping for from the big boys. I went to Ma and Pa RV and was immediately impressed with the customer service I received from Adrian. He did not have what I was looking for on the lot but because of his exceptional customer service I decided this was the place I wanted to do business and was willing to wait until they got what I was looking for. Adrian kept me informed of their new arrivals and sure enough found exactly what I wanted. The purchase went quickly and smoothly and Sully even delivered my license plate and registration to me in Socorro on his way to TorC. On my first trip out, I had a couple of small issues (as expected with used vehicles) and called Adrian as soon as I returned. He told me to bring it back and they would make it right, and indeed they did. Marcos did a wonderful job trouble shooting and repairing everything that was wrong and conducted a complete walkthrough and demo with me to assure that everything was in great working condition and I was completely satisfied before I left the lot. I just returned from a 1000 mile trip (alone) and was not worried about a thing. Everything worked perfectly. Kudos to you gentlemen and thank you for a wonderful experience. I highly recommend Ma and Pa RV.

From the first moment we were treated with respect and given time to talk and look around with no pressure. Adrian helped us and was very happy to answer any questions that we had. With his help we found the perfect fit. Ma and Pa’s RV has lenders but was happy to allow us to go through our bank for financing. Before we picked up our camper he had a service technician walk us through the entire camper and show us how everything worked as well as demonstrated that everything was working. A drawer catch was not working well so he immediately adjusted it. When we got home it still was not working right so later when I picked up my tags he took a new one off the shelf and handed it to me no questions asked. No hidden problems to worry about. They seem to care and stand behind their word. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a RV of any kind. Thanks guys!
